# XVerse Wallet Usage

There are two questions we hear often from XVerse users.

Q. Why is Sating saying I don't have enough bitcoin to pay the fees for what I am doing?

A. When you connect to Sating with XVerse you want to connect with your Ordinals (Taproot) address and manager your rare sats there. Unlike many apps that use XVerse, with Sating you also pay Bitcoin network fees from the same Ordinals address. It behaves like a normal Bitcoin address. When using Sating you can safely send BTC there to pay fees for transfers and inscriptions.

The reason XVerse tells you not to use your Ordinal wallet for BTC is because XVerse does not do well supporting Ordinals and Rare Sats. When you are using Sating though, Sating handles all of this. Sating will never let you, or XVerse, accidentally use Rare Sats for fees.

Q. I want to use my Ledger with XVerse. What do I need to know?

A. XVerse recommends not using more than one address with the Ledger unless you are an advanced user. Ledger does not support ordinals or rare sats so sometimes mixes funds in users accounts when the same account has BTC in more than one address. Please read through the support document from XVerse below for more details.\

This means you can use your Ledger to protect your sats with XVerse, but you have to be aware of this limitation.
